A West Coast water district is searching for a firm to manage its $189 million portfolio.

Two new members have joined the plan’s investment team following recent departures.
The new managing director will oversee Elion’s strategic business development initiatives and lead capital formation across its investment vehicles, the firm said.
The deal closed on Feb. 1, a spokesman confirmed.
He will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s growing fundraising activities and assisting in new product development.
The new appointee will retain existing duties as head of portfolio operations and coo of Investcorp’s European private equity business.
The plan made commitments to two new relationships at today’s board meeting.
The plan eliminated a nearly $300 million frontier markets equity portfolio and made commitments of more than $2.1 billion in the fourth quarter.
