Financial services industry veteran Steve Leathers has launched Leathers Group, a private real estate investment manager focused on medical office and specialty healthcare real estate.
A federal judge in San Francisco has chosen a Hawaii-based pension fund to lead a highly watched case accusing Wells Fargo of shoddy underwriting affecting commercial mortgage-backed securities.
The fund, offered initially to U.S. investors, will rely upon T. Rowe’s deep fundamental research platform as well as its Responsible Investing team to identify compelling investment opportunities around the world.
They will jointly oversee all personnel, operational and portfolio management across the region, while maintaining existing leadership of the transactions and asset management activities.
