A Midwestern pension plan concluded its investment consultant search and graduated a fixed-income manager from its emerging manager program at today’s board meeting.

Plan will conduct an RFP for multi-asset credit managers later this year as the result of asset allocation changes that also include a maiden private debt target approved at today’s board meeting.

The plan is searching for a firm to assist with a diversity, equity and inclusion survey.

Plan added a $13 million private equity commitment as part of its annual pacing plan in the asset class.

His exit is expected in the first quarter of 2022.
