A university in the South announced its next vice chancellor for finance and administration will take over on Jan. 1 to succeed its current vice chancellor, who is set to retire in January after 16 years of service.
The retirement fund has been around since the 1940′s but it’s teetering off a precarious ledge. The review board found the fund will run out of assets by 2043, in a best-case scenario.
