Includes more than 120 New and Existing Investors New York, Amsterdam and Hong Kong – AlpInvest Partners has raised $3.5 billion for AlpInvest Co-Investment Fund VIII (“ACF VIII” or the “Fund”). The Fund exceeds its $3 billion target.

The new partner will lead sourcing, evaluation and execution of investments as well as support portfolio companies.

He will support the private equity firm’s efforts in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities.

His responsibilities have been assumed by other team members, according to a spokesperson.

They will retain existing responsibilities as COO of the firm’s alternatives business.
