Two new members have joined the plan’s investment team following recent departures.
The new managing director will oversee Elion’s strategic business development initiatives and lead capital formation across its investment vehicles, the firm said.
He will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s growing fundraising activities and assisting in new product development.
The new appointee will retain existing duties as head of portfolio operations and coo of Investcorp’s European private equity business.
He replaces a managing general partner who is assuming the role of chairman.
He will review and enhance new business processes, initially focusing on the firm’s $45 billion outsourced cio business before expanding to support its full sales process.
The promotions include a new managing director, a director, a v.p., a manager and a fund controller.
The private equity firm has also promoted two senior associates and an assistant controller.
He will be responsible for the direct oversight of all research functions at the Chicago-based real estate investment firm.
A foundation in the Midwest has named its next cio, set to begin on Feb. 1, as its previous cio is retiring.
