The foundation hired a new finance head to oversee investment management, finances and accounting after its v.p. of finance left earlier this year for another opportunity.
The deputy director will leave the plan after 11 years.
He is responsible for business and product strategy across the firm’s defined contribution business.
The new director currently serves as executive v.p. and general manager of global and U.S. large enterprises, global commercial services at American Express.
The plan is conducting the search due to the upcoming retirement of Ronda Stegmann.
Another team member will assume his current responsibilities on Sept. 30.
Plan is seeking a replacement for an investment officer that had joined in 2020.
They will also retain their existing responsibilities as CIO and COO, respectively.
He will help build out the firm’s solutions business as well as contributing to relationships with key institutional clients.
He will spearhead efforts to design and deliver products and solutions for alternatives.
