A community foundation based in the Midwest has hired a new director of finance after its finance head left late last year to join an accounting firm.
Grady Frank will join GoldenTree Asset Management as its partner in private credit and head of private credit origination, the firm announced.
The firm has added a managing director to focus on new product innovation and growth.
He will join the firm this summer from BentallGreenOak.
He will be responsible for working with existing adviser partners as well as help grow their overall wealth management capabilities.
His responsibilities will be assumed by other team members.
Nicole Musicco will join the nearly $500 billion plan as its cio in late March.
He is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies and executing transactions.
The new cio has been with the plan since 2019.
She joins RMB from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
