The foundation has hired its first director of investments, responsible for asset allocation and manager selection across public and private markets as well as building out its impact investment capabilities.
The director of impact investing will lead the foundation’s mission-aligned investments, including building a portfolio of diverse-owned managers and engaging with managers around diversity equity and inclusion practices.
The foundation has added two investment professionals who are alumnus to its board of directors to manage fiduciary responsibilities, business affairs and its assets.
The new v.p. and cio will oversee and manage the foundation’s investment portfolio including evaluating and recommending prospective managers and working with the organization’s investment committee to develop an overall investment strategy, policy and asset allocation.
The university is searching for an investment analyst or investment associate to serve as a generalist and help manage its nearly $1 billion endowment.
