A college in the Midwest is searching for a new v.p. for finance and cfo as its previous cfo retired last week.
Adams Street Partners has hired a director of ESG and responsible investing to develop strategies and solutions that bring further transparency to ESG risks and opportunities within the firm’s portfolios and investments.
Over 70% of respondents have implemented either a full or partial outsourced cio model to support their investment strategy and execution.
The new cio begins in June, and will oversee the UNJSPF’s investments.
The combination will offer public investors exposure to two segments in alternative asset management: direct lending and GP capital solutions.
The new hire joins from AJO Partners, which closed in December.
He will work closely with Cerberus’ investment platforms, operations affiliates and portfolio companies to drive long-term value, the firm said.
They will manage the America fund and the America special situations fund.
The executive director will retire after 18 years with the plan.
