The fund ultimately decided to retain its investment consultants and their contract terms following review at its board meeting this month.
The retirement system also canceled its general investment consultant RFP and approved a 2025 private markets pacing plan in January.
Bolton Investment currently provides investment consulting services for the plans.
The city is conducting the search on behalf of its $17.8 million deferred compensation plans.
The plan’s current advisor will see its contract expire on Sept. 30.
The plan has rehired its incumbent after issuing an RFP in January.
The fund also failed to approve a hire in its private markets consultant search at today’s board meeting.
The city is seeking retirement plan consulting services on behalf of its 401(a), 457(b), Retirement Health Savings and OPEB plans.
The plan expects to issue a general investment consultant RFP on April 15.
The RFP is due to the upcoming contract expiration of its current provider.
